We provide additional services to our customer's to make the award purchasing process as easy as possible. First, we provide a set of free proofs for each purchase. These proofs allow you to see the engraving or artwork prior to production greatly reducing expensive errors. Secondly, we provide free delivery locally on all orders exceeding $100.00. No more need to arrange transportation for your large trophy and award orders. Third we accept purchase orders from our municipal, business and organizational customers. We do require a 50% deposit at time of order for all orders of $750 or more, but we can bill the balance to you NET30 with approved credit. No more need to pay up front and then get reimbursed later. Eastern Awards makes it easier to purchase your awards year after year.

We sponsor several Little League Baseball leagues, youth soccer leagues, youth basketball leagues and several local school systems and their booster groups. In addition, we are a big supporter of the local motorsports scene through our affiliations with Beech Ridge Motor Speedway, Richmond Karting Speedway and Mainely Motorsports.
