Ordering
- Many of the products on this website can be ordered directly through the shopping cart.
- All of our products qualify for varying quantity discounts (see below). If you are ordering multiple units of the same item number please contact us by phone or e-mail to receive a quantity discount quote.
- All orders must be paid in full before shipping unless other arrangements have been made by our managers. Large quantity orders or special orders may require a deposit of 50%.
- Orders of more than $150.00 qualify for a free freight discount.
- Standard production time is three to five working days plus shipping time.
- All products include reasonable engraving of text and stock line art. Plaques, acrylics and trophies will also require your personal message and a list of recipients to be engraved.
- Logos and artwork require a one time set up fee. Please see artwork and trademark link for more details.
- Proofs will be created prior to production and will require signature approval on orders involving artwork and specific engraving guidelines. Proofs will be faxed or e-mailed and must be returned before production can continue.

Returns
All products qualify for our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. All requests for returns must be made by phone or e-mail within 10 business days of shipping. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns due to shipping damage will be processed as quickly as possible through the shipping carrier. A replacement will be provided at no cost to our customer.

Payment Options
Payments are available on many products through our secure shopping cart. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through the shopping cart payment process. We also except cashier checks, company checks, personal checks, cash and purchase orders with prior approval. Payment in full by check or money order must be paid prior to shipping. A minimum processing fee of $30.00 will be charged for any returned checks.
Quantity Discounts
Eastern Awards and Engraving provides quantity discounts on all products. Discounts vary based on product and quantity with some products carrying multiple discount levels. Please contact us for further information on quantity discounts. Large quantity orders or special orders may also require a deposit of 50%. Large quantity orders will require an approved and signed proof before production. Please contact our recognition specialist today for a free quote.
There is a one time Logo set-up charge of $35.00 per customer order for all artwork requiring special work or logos. Once the set-up is complete, Eastern Awards and Engraving will keep said artwork on file for future use. Subsequent use of the art work will be billed at $2.00 per item. The following artwork samples will be accepted: PC formatted Black and White camera-ready, clean line art files (vector art), BMP images (must be converted to black and white). Other acceptable file types include TIFs, JPEGs, and GIFs. We also accept camera-ready hard copy images. Faxes, business cards, and letterhead are not generally acceptable as camera-ready. Additional artwork is available at $35.00 per hour to recreate your image digitally.

Trademark right to use as follows:
Please ensure you are the legal owner, authorized agent, or licensee of any registered trademark, service mark, trade name, or legally protected logo or artwork. The use of any said items for promotion without written approval may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and/or state laws. All customers submitting artwork to be used on any purchase from Eastern Awards and Engraving agrees to full indemnity and will hold harmless Eastern Awards and Engraving and any and all of its agents. Eastern Awards and Engraving will not accept responsibility or liability for the actions of our customers who have misrepresented their ownership or license of any artwork or trademark.
Trademark infringement is a serious crime. Eastern Awards and Engraving does not condone the misuse or misrepresentation of trademarks or registered artwork. We reserve the right to ask for written or visual proof of ownership or license of any trademark or artwork submitted for duplication on any product.
Eastern Awards and Engraving values your privacy and will not sell, trade or share your information nor disclose any private information to anyone outside of Eastern Awards and Engraving. All your information and records will be kept confidential.
